This Privacy Policy describes how Langcrafto ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

Account information
When you register, we collect your email address and assign you a unique user ID. This is used solely to authenticate you and store your data.

Learning content
Sets and sentences you create or edit are stored in your account to provide the core functionality of the app.

Purchase history
If you subscribe to Langcrafto Premium, your subscription status and purchase history are processed to unlock premium features.

Voice recordings
If you use the microphone feature, your voice is sent to your device's speech recognition service (Google on Android, Apple on iOS) for real-time transcription. We do not store or receive your audio.

Device identifiers
Your device's advertising ID and installation ID are collected by our advertising and analytics providers.

App interactions
General usage signals are collected to serve ads and maintain app functionality.

2. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

  • Google Firebase — authentication and cloud storage (privacy policy)
  • Google AdMob — advertising (privacy policy)
  • RevenueCat — subscription management (privacy policy)
  • Anthropic — AI sentence generation; your selected learning preferences (language, level, topic) are sent to generate content (privacy policy)
  • Google / Apple — on-device speech recognition

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To create and manage your account
  • To sync your learning sets across sessions
  • To process and verify your subscription
  • To serve ads to non-premium users
  • To generate AI-powered learning sentences based on your preferences

4. Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed from our servers.

5. Your Rights

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Account tab in the app. You may also submit a deletion request via the request form.

6. Children

Langcrafto is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
